Taib to retire?

So, the newspaper cutting is about Mr Taib saying that he is going to retire in five years, dated at 1995. It means that he said that he will retire in five years 16 years ago. His so call retirement is already 11 years expired. Recently there are also rumors saying that he will retired after the coming elections, I'll say BULLSHIT.
