NEX 5: First non-stock Lens (Konica Hexanon AR 50mm F1.7)

I just received my first non-stock lens for my NEX-5, Konica Hexanon AR 50mm F1.7, that I buy from ebay.com.

I use Fotga Konica-NEX adaptor to attach the lens to my NEX 5.

Been using NEX 5 for around 1 month. Some photos taken using NEX 5, please comment:

NEX 5: focus on very near object using 16mm F2.8

I am very new to NEX 5, and I found that the pancake lens (16mm F/2.8) cannot focus on very near object (capturing big size image of a small object), the nearest focus point of the lens is around 13-15cm from the lens. While playing with the NEX 5, I found out a method to capture very near object (small object) using the pancake lens. 

The first step is to set the largest aperture on the lens, F2.8, and remove the lens from the camera. This step is to make sure that the aperture on the lens is at the F2.8 after it is removed. Then, align the lens in between the camera and the object. Something like shown in these images:

Great Deal for Sony NEX-5D

I just bought a Sony NEX-5D/B camera from SenQ at Jusco Bukit Indah (Johor). As the title it is a great deal, that the unit I bought is a display set, and the price is only RM1749 after member's discount. This camera is always in my wish list since it was launched few years back.

I have being collecting the reward point all this while for this camera, and I am really lucky to come to this offer/opportunities in SenQ. I exchange all my Maybank Reward point, and on top of that, I top up around RM600++ to get this camera. It is really a very great deal for me!

In the box, I get the body of the camera plus 2 lenses, one 16mm lens and one 18-55mm zoom lens. It also include one battery, charger, usb cable, a nice bag, and also 2GB sd card (sponsored by the sales person). Everything is in very good condition, and it doesn't look anything like a "display set". The sales person told me that it is only being "displayed" in the glass cabinet, and not the one that is being tested by every customer.
